♡ Adobe PhotoShop ♡

The platform Adobe Photoshop isn't only used for editing photos, but also to add cool effects, use the paint brush tool to blur all your work, and to make selections and combine your photos. With tools like the brush tool, quick selection tool, and lasso tool, we've made everything from a magazine cover to a virtual oil painting. All my progress with PhotoShop has given me a new understanding of the photo editing software and how creatively they can be used. Below is all of my most impressive work from this unit.

When we started with PhotoShop, we were learning how to use the marquee tool by taking a random pirture, resizing it, and putting it into a frame. I used a picture of Joe Biden, and put it in this frame.

Similar to the other project, we used the marquee tool to copy and paste the features of s celebrity, I chose SUGA of BTS. I then continued to copy and paste his eyes to give him "antenas".

For this project, we used the circular marque tool to cut out images of characters and put them on a background that had a consistent theme. I chose The Backyardigans, it was a show from my childhood. I also put the images on top of coloured circles to give them a border. I did this because it gave it a pop of colour.

For this assignment, we used the marquee tool to open the headx of someone, I used a picture of Jungkook from BTS, and put images into their hear of what thy might be thinking of. I made him think about some of his favourite things.

Here is when we first leaned to use the Magnetic Selection tool. I cut out pictures of (from left to right) SUGA, Karl Jacobs, Michael Jackson, Prince Philip, and Nicki Minaj. I then put them on to a random beach background so that they could have a beach party together.

For this project, we used the masking tool to combine an image of a fox and a woman to make a sort of mask. I then used a paint brush tool to blend the two images together smoothly making it look a little pit more natural.

During this project, we cut out a picture of a celebrity (I used J-Hope from BTS), and made them on a magazine cover. We then used the Text tool to add headings and other sorts of text elements to play around with the appearance of the magazine cover. I liked my colour scheme and how this project turned out over all. Definitely one of my favourites.

Here, we played around with the settings of our paint brush tools to make an image of our choice into an "oil painting". I used Chaeyoung from TWICE to make the photo. When I used the tool, I used downwards strokes to make the effect of a painting. ♡ Click Here To See My Reference Photo ♡

In this project, we used the magnetic lasso tool to cut out pictures of ourselves, or a friend to make a movie poster. I chose to make a poster for the movie "Crazy, Stupid Love". I then added a "speech bubble" with a description of the movie.*To clarify, this isn't the actual description, its one I made up.*

Here, we used the magnetic laso tool to cut out an animal and make it reflected, also adding some sort accessory to the reflection. I chose to do a frog wearing a chain. This piece was, in my opinion, well done because the reflection looks realistic.

I did this as a fun final project. I took a picture of Zenitsu from Demon Slayer and added the lightning bolts to his sword in PhotoShop all with trial and error. I got a little bored and wanted to add a little bit extra.

This project is what we used to learn how green screen works. After a basic demo, we each found a green screen image and replaced the background with four different scenes. My character, Jerry, was photoshopped on to these backgrounds to make the story line. The story goes, Jerry takes a plane to go see his brother, who is in hospital, while he is there, he goes to a water park, but gets bored so, he decides to bring his daughter to the playground, so she can go down the slide. ♡ Click Here To See The Original Photo ♡
